RECEPTION OF THE COMPRESSOR • The customer sends the compressor to us or, at his request, we arrange transport.
• When the compressor enters the workshop, we make a record of its technical characteristics and generate a work order.
• We research the history of the compressor in our database to get an overview of its antecedents.

DISASSEMBLY AND VERIFICATION OF THE COMPONENTS • We disassemble the compressor according to the type of intervention required (complete or partial disassembly).
• We check all components thoroughly by visual and instrumental inspection with calibrated measuring equipment, in accordance with the specifications of the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM).
• We determine the necessary machining and/or component replacement processes to carry out the remanufacturing.

DIAGNOSIS AND REPORT • We carry out a diagnosis that consists of analysing the condition of all the compressor components to detect the problems and their causes, forming the basis for deciding on the specific actions to be taken for remanufacturing.
• Based on the diagnosis issued for each compressor, we generate a detailed report including a photographic report.
• The report is recorded in our technical database, so that the systematisation and comparison of the compressor's diagnostic history guarantees the choice of the best technical and economic strategy for future overhauls.

REMANUFACTURING AND ASSEMBLY • We clean all components with ultrasonic equipment and specifically formulated biodegradable products, which guarantee a thorough and environmentally friendly cleaning.
• We carry out the necessary machining on the components that require it using our own machine tools (vertical planing machines, cylinder grinding machines, neck grinding machines, lathes).
• We assemble the compressors according to the specifications, measurements and tolerances recommended by the OEM.

CHECKING TESTS • We carry out exhaustive tests (mechanical and electrical) to ensure the correct operation of the equipment once we have carried out its remanufacturing.
• We check the compressor's tightness using leak detection equipment with N5NH5 gas.

PAINTING • We paint the equipment with temperature and corrosion resistant paint, in the original OEM colour or according to the customer's request.

SHIPPING • At the customer's request, we vacuum the compressor and pressurise it with dry nitrogen to prevent corrosion of the internal components until it is put into operation.
• We pack the compressor with the appropriate protections in each case and prepare it for pick-up by the customer or, at the customer's request, we send it to the final destination.
